I am a busy working mum from Yorkshire. I write from the heart and from personal experience. I’m not perfect, or a perfectionist; my down-to-earth approach to dieting and cooking speaks directly to my readers, and I’m always happy to answer any questions you may have.
With a practical and light-hearted approach, my books on weight-loss and the 5:2 Diet are full of helpful tips and advice and are packed with hundreds of my own fresh, healthy and delicious recipes.
My recipes are easy to follow with simple, readily-available ingredients. And of course, every recipe is calorie-counted.
