The first time I ever did a detox, I spent a week researching the best juicers, a morning looking up the best deals for buying the best juicers, an afternoon shopping for all the fruit and veg I needed to juice in my cheapest but best juicer, several hours washing my juicer and a much longer time than normal in the bathroom.
